Kevin obtained his Doctorate Degree in 2007 and Bachelor of Electrical Degree in 1997. Dr. Lui has extensive experiences in the transmission, amplification and analysis of electrical signals. He is also engaging in the research and development of high-resolution pulse analysis equipment. Dr. Lui is the heart and driving force of technical innovations and competency.
